Shipping conditions (DHL)

Processing times:
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

Shipping method and delivery time:
We offer both standard and express shipping with DHL. For orders from 0-50 € the shipping costs are 4,99 €. From an order value of 50 € shipping is free of charge. The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days within Germany and 3-5 working days within the EU.

• Orders over 50 €: free shipping

Shipment tracking:
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking link that you can use to track your shipment.

Damaged or lost orders:
If your order is damaged or lost, please send us photos of the damaged items and take a look at our right of withdrawal. Our support team will take care of your request as quickly as possible.

Customs and import taxes:
There are no customs or import taxes for orders within the EU.
